Open OnDemand #
Open OnDemand is a web-based interface for some cluster features. (For information about Open OnDemand more generally, see the OnDemand website).
Connecting to Open OnDemand
To use Open OnDemand, connect to Orca’s Open OnDemand instance at https://openondemand.orca.pdx.edu/ or click the button below
Currently, Orca’s Open OnDemand supports
- JupyterLab and Jupyter Notebooks
- Select JupyterLab or Jupyter Notebook under the Interactive Apps menu
- Remote Desktop
- Select Orca Desktop under the Interactive Apps menu
- Web-based terminal
- Select orca Shell Access under the Clusters menu
- Graphical file and job management
This feature is under active development, and more capabilities are planned.
